Capital Health Plan has unveiled a program to give its members Internet access to their medical records, a move CHP officials say will allow patients to become better informed about diagnosis and treatment.
HealthTrio Inc., a Nashville, Tenn., will provide software and database management for the project, called CHPConnect.
CHP serves about 110,000 members in Florida.Patients will have a coded password that allows entry to the system and lets the patient view any treatment received.
