iMedX Inc., a healthcare software and services company, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of Greenlight Transcription, LLC. ("Greenlight"). With this acquisition, iMedX adds Greenlight's many clinics in Oregon to its customer base.

International medical technology company, Sectra, announces its multi-year agreement with Suffolk MRI, Smithtown, NY, to deliver its web-based RIS. The RIS will be seamlessly integrated to Suffolk MRI’s existing Sectra PACS to increase radiology workflow efficiencies and patient throughput. This will enable Suffolk MRI to improve its level of service to referrers and patients.
