“Team members (do not) know what other team members are working on. Communication is a major problem when managers are ‘too busy’ to listen or read emails. Often, projects are verbally communicated with an assumption that the manager is totally understood. If team meetings were held and members could talk with each other and receive help or suggestions, things would go much smoother.”
