Workforce Management

The healthcare market is considered resistant to economic recession, but that doesn't mean it's any easier to hire and keep good workers when dollars are in short supply. Hospitals and clinics often outsource business processes such as clinical documentation and billing and revenue cycle, while working to retain care professionals and other core staff. Despite recent economic downturn, healthcare remains one of the fastest-growing job sectors in the United States.

Harris Interactive conducted the online survey for CareerBuilder between Feb. 11 and March 6, 2013, among more than 500 U.S. healthcare workers and more than 240 U.S. healthcare employers.
