Expansion plans at Teleradiology Specialists hit full stride with the announcement of six new contracts for reading radiology exams in the past quarter. New customers include a two-location diagnostic imaging company in New Jersey, a multisite Urgent Care company in Georgia, a diagnostic medical practice on Long Island (NY), a single location Urgent Care facility in Florida, a diagnostic imaging facility in Florida and a multi-state military subcontractor.

“We are thrilled to add to our growing list of satisfied clients, and we have also added several qualified radiologists to handle the additional workload” said David Cohen, MD, founder and President of Teleradiology Specialists. “I am especially pleased that the new implementations have gone smoothly, thanks to superior Operations and IT support.” Dr. Cohen was previously the Chief Medical Officer of a national teleradiology practice and has been practicing teleradiology for ten years.

“The new clients were attracted by competitive pricing and strong recommendations from our existing customers” according to Howard Reis, Vice President, Business Development. “We have found a niche in the daytime teleradiology market and are looking forward to continuing our growth in this area.”
