CareTracker Payment Connect addresses the challenges associated with rising patient responsibility for healthcare payments by making it easier for patients to submit payments to physician practices. The solution automatically posts payments and reconciles financial records within the physician practice management system. It also allows patients to view their billing statements online and pay their bills via the CareTracker secure online patient portal.
 
Additionally, by using CareTracker Payment Connect, physicians can:

•  Enhance patient satisfaction by offering simple, convenient choices for paying their bills online, over the phone or by debit or credit card at the point of service.
• Use less paper by sending statements and payment receipts to patients electronically.
• Reduce operational costs by automating tracking, recording and reconciling payments in the practice management system and using less postage.
