WESTBOROUGH, MA – Kansas City’s Swope Health Services has launched eClinicalWorks unified electronic medical records and practice management system for its approximately 200 medical and behavioral health providers.
“Swope provides superior patient care regardless of the patient’s socioeconomic status,” said Verneda Robinson, President and CEO of Swope Health Services. “By implementing an electronic medical records system, Swope providers will experience improved access and efficiency throughout each location. eClinicalWorks has been selected for its superior functionality, flexibility and overall excellent performance.”
eClinicalWorks was designed with the intent of offering a comprehensive system with a continued track record in successfully deploying community health centers, said Girish Kumar Navani, CEO and co-founder of eClinicalWorks.
FQHCs are federally-funded health centers designed to provide high-quality care to patients with limited financial resources. eClinicalWorks has worked closely with FQHCs to enhance its product according to federal reporting and billing requirements, including UDS reports and sliding-fee schedules, ensuring there is no interruption in the funding that supports their work. Utilizing eClinicalWorks EMR for its medical and behavioral health providers, Swope will streamline processes between practice locations and promote patient safety.
