ShiftPredict, developed using a proprietary algorithm licensed from Workforce Prescriptions, uses historical staffing data to model and trend the target number of staff needed on a given day and shift to produce a more accurate staff schedule and ensure cost-effective staffing. ShiftPredict analyzes workload distribution, non-productive time and variability by season, month, day of the week and shift to build reliable staff schedules using accurate targets and flexing needs.

ShiftPredict can develop dynamic staffing grids for up to a year in advance, identifying full-time and part-time FTE allocation. Managers can easily identify in advance when staff is most likely to flex up or down and proactively plan their call-in or call-off sheets as needed. This predictive tool will reduce the time managers spend on schedule management and help support accurate budgeting.

As with all Concerro products, ShiftPredict includes training, implementation and consulting services by Concerro clinicians highly knowledgeable in industry and professional standards, including Joint Commission staffing effectiveness standards and state regulations.
