BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – According to the results of SuccessEHS's 2010–2011 Implementation and Customer Support surveys, 94 percent of new clients gave the company's Electronic Health Record (EHR) high marks for quality; in fact, 93 percent of these respondents went on to say that they would recommend the product to others.

This feedback is representative of SuccessEHS's continued commitment to offering an industry-leading EHR solution powerful enough to meet the needs of providers in an increasingly challenging healthcare environment. Survey respondents repeatedly praised several components of the SuccessEHS solution, including the Clinical Event Manager, which plays a pivotal role in population management and outreach, the Digital Dashboard, designed to monitor a practice's performance with powerful financial insights, and the solution's extensive, customizable reporting capabilities and total billing automation. Respondents also shared positive feedback about the SuccessEHS Meaningful Use Dashboard, which offers an instant, real time progress report of a practice's status in tracking the measures required to meet Meaningful Use.

"What we like most about the SuccessEHS solution is that it's encounter-based and very user-friendly," said Robin Silbernagel, Chief Financial Officer for Valley Community Health Centers in Northwood, North Dakota. "The software's interfacing abilities are exceptional, and were a key factor in making our transition to a new system successful," added Stacey Jacobson, Clinical Coordinator for Valley CHC.
