TargetWeight PRO also keeps track of your physical activity by tracking your daily steps, your workouts and active minutes. From your profile and target indicators it provides your Basal Metabolic Rate, the total amount of Daily Calories your body needs to maintain your weight, and the total amount of Daily Calories you need to reach your target weight. TargetWeight PRO does all the above and more, lets you add up to eight users, provides you the ease to add text notes, record audio notes and photo notes.
