Meta Health Technology, a New York-based developer of health information management solutions, has announced that Aga Khan University Hospital in Karachi, Pakistan, has licensed the company's patient chart abstracting software - the company's first contract in Asia. In addition, South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside, N.Y., has implemented Meta's Electronic Physician Query software.

GE Healthcare of Barrington, Ill., has signed a multi-million-dollar agreement with Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton, Wash., for the Centricity suite of solutions for EMR, HIE, patient portal and financial management.

The Eclipsys Corporation of Atlanta has announced that the Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Exchange (CCHIT) has classified Eclipsys' PeakPractice solution, version 1093, as a conditionally certified 08 ambulatory electronic health record product, pending completion of advanced e-prescribing requirements. , a Lake Forest, Ill.-based developer of medication and pharmaceutical delivery systems, has announced that its Symbiq smart infusion pump will be integrated with its EndoTool glucose management software.

The SSI Group, Inc., of Mobile, Ala., has announced a partnership with Boston-based Boston Software Systems to integrate SSI's ClickON PREVENT (Precise Registration, Edit Validation and Enterprise Tracking) with Boston WorkStation automation software to provide a new workflow solution designed to enhance the registration process and expedite revenue cycle management.

Everbridge (formerly 3n Global), a Los Angeles-based developer of incident notification systems, is partnering with Medworxx, a Toronto-based developer of decision support, compliance and education systems for healthcare, to combine Everbridge's emergency notification platform with Medworxx's emergency readiness system to create an advanced incident command solution for hospitals.
