NaviMedix has named Brad Waugh CEO. Waugh succeeds Tim Hargarten, who stepped down after seven years of service. AngioDynamics, Inc. has appointed Michael S. Sharp vice president of regulatory, quality and clinical affairs. The Immersion Corp. has named Daniel Chavez senior vice president and general manager of Immersion's Medical line of business. Craig van Roekens has been named chief medical officer for Manhattan's Physician Group. Ascent Healthcare Solutions has promoted Michelle Barnett to vice president of strategic services. The Progress Software Corp. has appointed Gary Conway to the newly created position of senior vice president and chief marketing officer. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota named two new executive officers: Jay Levine as senior vice president and chief information officer and Colleen Connors as senior vice president of human resources and facilities. Amerinet has appointed Holly Hampe to the newly created position of quality director. Valence Health has expanded its executive team with the addition of Elizabeth Simpkin as vice president of consulting services. MEDecision has named Scott A. Storrer president and chief operating officer and C. James Adamek senior vice president of sales. AnyDoc Software has added Robert Accarino to its sales team as the new business development manager for the Northeast U.S. region. NetSPI, a leading IT security consulting firm specializing in vulnerability assessment and program development, has appointed Clayton Dewberry to launch its West Coast operations. Health Dialog Services Corp. has expanded its senior leadership team with the appointment of two industry veterans to executive positions. Terry Zysk has joined the company as chief technology officer and Mary Modahl has been appointed senior vice president of marketing. The Luminetx Corp. has added new members to the company's board of directors: James DelMauro, Gunnar Lovhoiden, Susannah H. O'Sullivan, Kyle Rice and Michael Breiner. Sally Roberts has joined MedAvant Healthcare's executive management team as chief financial officer. Creekridge Capital LLC, a nationwide independent healthcare and technology vendor leasing company, has made several additions to its sales organization. Patrick Hayes has joined Creekridge as the Southeast regional sales manager. John Braden was hired as the Northeast regional sales manager. Patty Mascaro accepted a position as regional sales manager for the Great Lakes territory. Scott Polman and Rob Vanden Broecke have accepted the position of business development managers.  AdvancedMD Software has appointed Christopher J. Bijou executive vice president of sales and Tobias C. Samo, MD, as chief medical officer. Kofax has appointed Jim Vickers vice president of OEM and Partner Strategy.
