Nice infographic. However this does not shed light on some other possibilities of social media that healthcare profs can take advantage of. Monitoring and aggregating patients' stories, as well as doctors', for example can be used to get a look at the bigger picture. Imagine a dashboard in which you can see what people are talking about concerning some clinical areas. Same goes for healthcare profs.
